Service Description

As a middle-aged woman myself, I understand the complex and subtle needs that women bring into session.  Keeping it all together, balancing responsibilities, raising children, toxic shame, cultural expectations, anxiety, trauma, depression, and a myriad of other life experiences can lead to depletion and exhaustion.  My office is a gentle, safe, and empowering place to land and acquire needed support and the courage to be vulnerable. With vulnerability and connection comes healing.
